Linear Tropical

A Study in Volume Defined by staggered cubic forms and a high-contrast palette, this project redefines the tropical villa. The design utilizes deep-set structural frames and natural timber pergolas to provide passive cooling and rhythmic shadowing across the facade. Key features include a signature internal spiral staircase, floor-to-ceiling glazing, and a seamless transition from the white-stucco volumes to the meticulously curated landscape.
